Important Guidelines for Ticket Refund (Celine Dion)

Due to health and family reasons, Celine Dion has cancelled her show business activities indefinitely, including the Manila leg of her Asia Tour scheduled for November 29, 2014 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR TICKET REFUND

  1. Ticket refund will start on Monday, August 18, 2014.
  2. No ticket, no refund.
  3. Refund can only be processed from point of sale.
  4. For tickets purchased at the SM STORE, please proceed to the MALL OF ASIA ARENA box office.

FOR CASH TRANSACTIONS

  1. Upon surrender of tickets, branch will refund the monetary value of ticket in cash.
  2. Branch will ask customer to sign at the back of the ticket acknowledging receipt of refund.

FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS (BRANCH PURCHASE- OVER-THE-COUNTER)

  1. Upon surrender of tickets, branch will prepare and fill out CREDIT CARD VOUCHER FORM to request for reversal of card transaction (2 copies).
  2. Branch will ask customer to sign at the back of the ticket and voucher acknowledging receipt of refund reversal. TRANS ID must be indicated for reference.
  3. Branch will give one copy of the voucher as proof of ticket receipt.
  4. Allowance of 10-15 banking days for credit card reversal. Reversal of interest/bank charges are subject to credit card company's rules and regulations.
  5. If after 15 banking days customer has not received reversal on credit card billing statement, please e-mail customercare@smtickets.com and attach voucher as reference.

FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS (ONLINE AND REDEEMED)

  1. Upon surrender of tickets, branch will prepare and fill out CREDIT CARD VOUCHER FORM to request for reversal of card transaction (2 copies).
  2. Branch will ask customer to sign at the back of the ticket and voucher acknowledging receipt of refund reversal. Please indicate on the voucher the TRANS ID for reference.
  3. Branch will give one copy of the voucher as proof of receipt of ticket.
  4. Allowance of 10-15 banking days for credit card reversal. Reversal of interest/bank charges are subject to credit card company's rules and regulations.
  5. If after 15 banking days customer has not received reversal on credit card billing statement, please e-mail customercare@smtickets.com and attach voucher as reference.

FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS (UNREDEEMED)

  1. Customer must email SM Tickets at customercare@smtickets.com for reversal and attach CLAIM TICKET VOUCHER as reference.
  2. Allowance of 10-15 banking days for credit card reversal. Reversal of interest/bank charges are subject to credit card company's rules and regulations.
  3. If after 15 banking days customer has not received reversal on credit card billing statement, please e-mail customercare@smtickets.com and attach voucher as reference.
  4. CUSTOMER CARE will email customer that the reversal has been facilitated.

PROVINCE-BASED CUSTOMERS WITH MANILA TICKET PURCHASES
Applicable only if ticket return to original branch is not possible (e.g. Customer purchased ticket in Manila, but has returned to Visayas, Mindanao, or Northern/Southern Luzon.

  1. Customer can proceed to the nearest provincial branch and ask for a refund.
  2. Branch to check where the tickets were purchased.
  3. Follow steps above for the refund.
